What Does It Cost?
Our packages start from £750 + VAT. Pricing is based on size and type of exhibit as well as location and duration of hire. Please select 'Request Quote' from the menu above to obtain more information.
How are the backdrops or exhibits displayed
Our exhibits and backdrops are standalone and mount on a self-supporting frame. No contact is needed with walls or funishings
Our spotlights mount to the frame or can be floor-mounted. It is preferable to mount them on the frame to minimse risk of damage
How long does it take to assemble
Our exhibits are designed to be portable and easy to assemble. Depending on the size and number of items involved, assembly can take typically from 1 to 3 hours. Items can normally be disassembled and packed in an hour or so.
My event does not finish until early in the morning, do I need to hire the exhibit for 2 days?
No. We charge for a 24 hour period. This means we can assemble the exhibit on one day and collect on the next, as long as the total time at the event is less than 24 hours.
How much do you charge for installation?
We are a Cambridge, UK based company so installations within 40 miles of Cambridge are included in the standard pricing

For installations that are further afield, there may be an installation surcharge, depending on the specific items hired. This is calculated at the time of quotation.
What is a Step and Repeat Backdrop
A step and repeat backdrop is a background for a photo staging area, typiclaly these are seen at film premieres. The backdrop can contain information about the event or brand names, company logos or team names to name a few
Step and repeat banners can be printed with a single image or can mix a number of images on the backdrop in a repeating pattern.
I have a corprate event and want the backdrop personalised, I don't have finished artwork, can you help?
Yes. We have in-house media production services so can help in creating event specific media.
What if the exhibit gets damaged?
We understand that accidents do happen. The most common problems are spilt drinks.
On the outset of the hire, we take a refundable deposit for exhibit damage.
In the case of liquid or food stains on carpets, it may be necessary to deep-clean carpets and this is charged at a standard price.
Physical damage to items or theft are charged on a replacement basis.
We offer a competitive accidental damage waiver insurance policy than can be taken out any time prior to delivery.
